See on v\u00f5itlussport, mis \u00fchendab endas kolm ol\u00fcmpiaala \u2014 poksi, maadluse, judo \u2014 ja teised kahev\u00f5itlusalad (nt Brasiilia Jiu-Jitsu\/lukumaadlus, taipoks\/kikkpoks).<\/p>\n<p>MMA treeningud on v\u00e4ga mitmek\u00fclgsed, pakkudes treenijale v\u00f5imalust f\u00fc\u00fcsilise vormi parandamiseks, enesekaitseoskuste arendamiseks ning enese nii vaimselt kui f\u00fc\u00fcsiliselt proovile panekuks.
